The expansion of the food and beverage packaging industry has spurred the growth of the blow molding sector; however, my country's blow molding industry currently faces several major challenges.
Manufacturers urgently need to steer the industry toward green, eco-friendly, high-quality, and energy-efficient development. Aligning the industry with the principles of "safety, environmental protection, quality, and health" is a critical issue that must be addressed today. In an era of severe pollution, developing blow-molded products that are eco-friendly and pollution-free is the only viable path forward for the preform mold industry.
Statistics show that the blow molding industry is currently concentrated in just a few regions-such as Taizhou, Cangzhou, and Foshan-and operates on a relatively small scale. Establishing a recognized brand for blow molding molds is therefore crucial; this would not only expand the industry's scale but also pave the way for these molds to reach global markets.
Recycling and reusing preform molds. Recycling and reusing equipment can cut costs and reduce unnecessary expenses for enterprises, thereby accelerating the growth of smaller companies. Since the cost of manufacturing new preform molds is quite high, there is a clear need to establish a dedicated trading platform for used molds that guarantees quality.
