Our Factory
Located in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, Koni Mold Factory features well-regulated production workshops and a comprehensive production management system. The factory is equipped with high-precision imported processing machinery and employs mature processing techniques that have been refined and upgraded over many years. Adhering to standardized processing guidelines, the facility maintains rigorous control over the entire workflow-from initial design and raw material procurement to the final shipment of finished products. Furthermore, the factory has established a strict quality inspection system, meticulously scrutinizing every stage-including materials, heat treatment, equipment precision, machining accuracy, surface treatment, and tooling fixtures-to ensure that every product meets exacting standards for high precision, longevity, and stability. The company's core product portfolio encompasses four major series-bottle cap molds, medical injection molds, preform molds, and bottle cap compression molding machines-while also catering to a wide range of customized plastic molding requirements. We specialize in the professional manufacturing of molds for bottle caps, preforms, medical devices, and related applications. (Currently, our mature, high-speed 24-cavity compression molding machines are capable of producing over one million bottle caps per day.) Our bottle cap mold series includes 24-cavity and 48-cavity standard molds for beverage and mineral water caps, as well as molds for flip-top caps, irregularly shaped caps, oil bottle caps, 5-gallon bottle caps, and more. Our medical mold series covers disposable medical consumables such as syringes, test tubes, coagulation cups, pipette tips, cryovial boxes, and petri dishes. Our preform mold series features 8- to 144-cavity molds for both standard and wide-mouth preforms, compatible with various neck finishes such as PCO1810 and PCO1881/30-25. Additionally, we offer customized products-including plastic handle molds-to meet the diverse molding requirements of various industries.
