The hinge does not break. We use 8/16-cavity layouts. These fit diameters from Φ20 to 45mm. Cycle time is 12 to 18 seconds per shot. Flash at the hinge area stays at or below 0.01mm. This ensures smooth opening and closing with no sticking. Cavity hardness is HRC 50 to 54. This gives you long-term production stability.
