This product handles an even larger cap. The standard diameter is Φ55mm. That is bigger than the regular 5-gallon cap. The thread pitch is 2.5mm. The cap body wall thickness is 1.5 to 1.8mm. This makes the cap thicker and heavier. Cap weight ranges from 26 to 32 grams. The heavier material gives a premium feel. It also offers better sealing performance. Sealing pressure resistance is at least 0.2MPa. This is higher than our standard 5-gallon mold. Cycle time is 18 to 25 seconds per shot. Maximum cavities are 8.
