This mineral water bottle capping machine has 6 to 12 capping heads. The high-speed model has 12 heads. It produces 80 to 150 bottles per minute. That is 4,800 to 9,000 bottles per hour. It works with cap diameters from Φ28mm to Φ38mm. The standard water cap is Φ28mm. It fits bottle heights from 150mm to 320mm. This covers 500ml and 1L mineral water bottles. The capping torque is adjustable from 5N·m to 12N·m. The design prevents leaks. The power supply is 380V/3P/50Hz. The power rating is 3kW to 5.5kW. The machine body uses SUS304 stainless steel. This material is food grade and safe.
