Flexible Configuration for Various Cap and Bottle Types
This high speed cap pressing machine produces 100 to 200 bottles per minute. That is 6,000 to 12,000 bottles per hour. It handles cap sizes from Φ15mm to Φ50mm. This covers beverage caps, daily chemical caps, and medicine caps. The machine has 8 to 16 rotary capping heads. The torque control is digital and adjustable from 4N·m to 15N·m. It works with PET, PE, and PP plastic bottles. The bottle neck diameter range is Φ20mm to 60mm. The power rating is 4kW to 7.5kW. It uses 380V three-phase power. The machine dimensions are 3500×1200×1800mm. The weight is 800kg to 1200kg.
