This edible oil PET preform mould uses mainstream neck diameters of Φ38mm, Φ45mm, or Φ50mm. The preform has 16, 24, or 32 cavities. We use fewer cavities for larger diameters. The preform wall thickness ranges from 2.8mm to 3.8mm. The cycle time is 35 to 45 seconds per mold. The sealing cap fitting tolerance is ±0.02mm. This ensures leak-proof performance. The thread pitch is 2.2mm to 2.5mm. The single preform weight is 35g to 65g. This fits injection molding machines with a tonnage of 300T to 450T.
