Taizhou KENI Mould Co., Ltd. designed this Jar preform mould specifically for large-diameter PET packaging. Neck outer diameter ranges from Φ38 to Φ110mm. Cavity count is 8 to 32. Larger diameters mean fewer cavities. Neck wall thickness is 2.5 to 4.0mm. This is thicker than standard preforms. It ensures neck strength. Cycle time is 35 to 45 seconds per shot. Thread pitch is 2.0 to 3.0mm. Thread tolerance is ±0.02mm. This Jar preform mould fits 300T to 450T injection machines.
