It works for soft medical consumable production. Mold working temperature is 60 to 90℃. Curing time is 15 to 30 seconds per shot. That is longer than plastic cycles. But silicone offers unique material properties. Injection pressure is 80 to 120 bar. Minimum wall thickness can reach 0.3 to 0.5mm. This works well for thin‑wall soft silicone products. Dimension tolerance is ±0.01mm. Cavity material is 316L or S136 steel. Hardness is HRC 52 to 56. Surface roughness is Ra ≤0.05μm. This ensures easy demolding for silicone parts.
