Dimension tolerance is ±0.01mm, but you must consider LSR shrinkage of 0.5 to 2%. Surface finish is Ra ≤0.05μm for easy demolding. Mold temperature is 60 to 90℃ with ±1℃ stability. Injection pressure is 80 to 120 bar. Curing time is 15 to 30 seconds per shot. Minimum wall thickness can be 0.3 to 0.5mm. This Liquid silicone rubber mould meets ISO 10993 and USP Class VI biocompatibility standards.
