Our plastic cap mould handles a wide range of diameters. Standard cavities are 16/24/32. It fits Φ20 to 50mm. One mold works for standard drink caps and cooking oil caps. Wall thickness is 0.8 to 1.2mm. Cycle time is 8 to 12 seconds per shot. Thread tolerance is ±0.02mm. Cavity hardness is HRC 48 to 52. Mold lifespan is 1,000,000 shots or more. You can choose cavity count based on your needs. 32 cavities work best for high-volume orders. 16 cavities are good for small-batch, multi-variety production.
